The mount shipped quickly and is very sturdy. I contacted Brian, and he said this happens sometimes and immediately offered to send me a new one. However, I was able to fix it myself, and it is now doing its job perfectly! Just what I needed to more easily transfer the fitbark between different collars!
This makes my life so much easier. I am disabled and I'm constantly changing the fitbark from my dogs daily collar to his Service dog collar. This really is a game changer and if you are TIRED of zip ties and removing the dang cover constantly. BUY THIS!
My last one lasted forever, but finally broke. These guys are the best. It's a great product and really the only one out there so bonus that they're also nice people.
