I love the Fi Fastener! My brute of a dog (Great Dane / German Shepherd mix) blew through his original Fi collar when a squirrel dared cut through our yard. I found this item through my Etsy search, and I've slept much better since I got the Fi Fastener! I had a question around the initial installation, and I got a reply from Brian so fast that my head almost spun around. He immediately offered a phone call, and we got right to the root of my issue! This company will go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. Highly recommend!
I had the fi fastener for series 2 first and was super happy even though it was bulky, no issues. I upgraded to Fi series 3 and wanted a new fastener to go on my e collar setup. Got my order in and unfortunately it broke when I had to take out the fastener first time and I reached out to seller and they were sooo amazing at customer service and quickly sent me a replacement!! I will continue to support this business!
Love this product! I have a 70 pound dog that pulls hard and has a thick neck and tiny head so I have to use a martingale. Customer service is excellent. Unfortunately I did have one from the first batch that broke after a few months, but they sent out a replacement immediately and so far so good. I will definitely do business with this company again.
